"My experience at Synapse has been nothing short of intense creative stimulation. I have been challenged on many different facets, and I never have the fear that I will get bored. That's a lot to say for a first job out of college. I think what Synapse does well is noticing the talents and skills of an individual, and encouraging the individual to seek to utilize those as well as develop others in order to add to the overall working experience. While I have a lot of fun here, Synapse recognizes and respects that employees also have lives outside of the company, and that actually does wonders to the kind of motivation I have when I come to work in the morning. But perhaps what makes the most impression to me are the people that I have come to work with. I have been enriched in having the opportunity to work alongside very intelligent and out-of-the-box-style thinkers and I take pride in my work as being the result of novel ideas that come out whenever two or more 'Synapsians' sit in one room and start thinking aloud to each other. "
